Seamless Gutters on a Sundance Ridge New Construction Home

This new-construction home sits in Sundance Ridge, a newer development on the far north edge of Maple Grove near the Rogers line. Fresh sod was taking root around the home when we installed the gutters, (which is pretty common on new builds where we are adding gutters).

The home presented a multi-level elevation, with two stories at the front, three at the back where the lot steps down to a walkout basement. We installed a complete seamless aluminum system formed on-site to fit each run, with a white-on-white color match: white gutters set against the home’s white fascia and trim for a clean, built-in look that suits a modern new build.

Downspout placement was planned around the home’s grading. At the back, a long downspout run carries water from the upper roofline all the way down the three-story elevation and away from the foundation, very important on a walkout lot where water management protects both the lower level and the freshly established landscaping. At the front, a downspout channels roof runoff from above the porch out into the yard, away from the entry and foundation.
