Open Positions

Sales Representative

Own your territory and guide homeowners from first hello to final invoice. You'll inspect projects, write scopes, build estimates in our CRM, and stay with each customer through the whole process. Great fit if you're self-driven, professional, and enjoy building relationships. Construction or sales background a plus, we'll teach you the rest.

Must have: valid driver's license, comfort inspecting roofs, strong communication, attention to detail.

Current Filled Positions

Project Manager

Run exterior projects from materials to final inspection. You'll coordinate crews, customers, and the office to keep jobs on time and up to TKB standards. Every day is a little different.

Must have: 18+, Class D license, ability to obtain a DOT health card, comfortable working safely on ladders and steep roofs, strong people skills.

Field Service Technician / Repair Specialist

Be our go-to repair expert — diagnosing and fixing roofing, siding, fascia, and gutter issues on residential properties. Craftsmanship and clean job sites are everything here.

Must have: 3–5 years hands-on exterior experience, strong tool proficiency, ability to lift 80 lbs and work at heights, valid driver's license with clean record.

We provide: company service vehicle + fuel card, tools, and safety equipment.

Production Scheduler

Keep the whole operation moving. You'll review and schedule projects, pull permits, order materials, and solve the daily puzzles — weather, scheduling, scope — that come with running crews.

Must have: strong computer skills, ability to multitask under pressure, sharp attention to detail. Spanish a plus.

Controller

Oversee company operations and administration — systems, SOPs, payroll, and supporting the sales and production teams. A high-trust role for someone who sees the whole board.

Must have: strong computer skills, ability to run Xactimate for insurance supplements, great interpersonal skills, sharp attention to detail. QuickBooks/CRM and management experience a plus.

Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

Be the first voice and face of The Kingdom Builders. You'll greet visitors, manage calls, intake leads into our CRM, and schedule estimates — the crucial link between homeowners and our field teams.

Must have: 1–3 years front desk/admin experience, professional phone presence, strong organization. Construction/CRM experience a plus.

We offer: indoor schedule, no weekends, PTO and holidays.
