Same-Day Re-Roof in Shoreview
The Kingdom Builders completed a roofing project in Shoreview, MN, on a story-and-a-half home. The house had a nice roof for our guys to work on. It was very walkable, making it a safe and easy day of work. We removed the old roof, revealing a clean deck perfect for new shingles. The homeowner chose Atlas Pristine Pinnacle shingles in Woodland Green.
On the east side of the house, we upgraded the soffit and fascia using LP SmartSide soffit and metal fascia, along with the garage door wraps. It was a beautiful day, and our team was able to wrap up all the work and cleanup in one day!

Tear Off
We began by removing the old roofing materials. The roof’s walkable design provided a safe and efficient workspace for our crew (always a sigh of relief for the project managers too). Upon removal, we inspected the decking, finding it in perfect condition. This gave us the perfect foundation for the new roofing system. Once the old roofing was removed, the deck was swept clean of all debris.
Shingle Installation
The homeowner selected Atlas Pristine Pinnacle shingles in Woodland Green. Our crew executed the installation process on the same day, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening. Our team paid close attention to detail, maintaining consistent shingle placement and ensuring adequate ventilation.
Soffit, Fascia & Garage Door Wrap
On the east side of the home, we addressed the soffit and fascia issues. Our crew installed the LP SmartSide soffit and metal fascia. The metal fascia added a clean, modern touch to the exterior design as well. We also wrapped the garage door frames with matching materials
