We had the privilege of updating this beautiful home in Minnetonka by replacing its worn 3-tab shingles with Atlas StormMaster Shakes in Black Shadow. This shingle is a class 4 shingle that can lower the rates on homeowners’ insurance (depending on your insurer). StormMaster shingles also come with an excellent manufacturer warranty.
We installed seamless gutters designed to match the fascia color. Our technicians had to carefully fabricate downspouts to properly direct the flow of water, due to the unique layout of the home.
This project required careful planning to protect windows, doors, decks, and even the pool from falling debris. Our team kept the home safe and clean.
