Gutter Replacement on a Rambler Near Rice Lake in Maple Grove

This walkout rambler sits in northern Maple Grove, just north of Highway 94 near Rice Lake and Kerber Park, west of Osseo. The home’s original gutters had failed, pulling away from the house and visibly dented, no longer draining the way they should. Much of the damage came from a tree in the yard.

We removed the old system and installed new seamless aluminum gutters, formed on-site to fit the home’s roof line. Because a rambler’s long, low roof lines often route water around several corners, the new system included multiple bends to carry runoff cleanly around the home’s angles and out through repositioned downspouts. Rather than match the fascia, we color-matched the new gutters to the home’s siding for a coordinated look.

A walkout lot makes gutter performance especially important. Water shedding off the roof needs to be carried well away from the lower-level walkout and foundation. The finished system, seen across the back elevation, handles the full roof line and directs water away from the home.
