New-Build Gutter Installation in a Rush Creek Development of Maple Grove

This new-construction home sits in a development off Rush Creek Parkway in north Maple Grove, north of Highway 610, where Rush Creek itself winds through the neighborhood. The home is a two-story with a walkout-style lower level.

We installed a complete seamless aluminum system in white, matched to the home’s window trim rather than its siding. On the front elevation, we ran a downspout tight against one of the porch pillars, contouring it to the column so it follows the architecture instead of cutting across it.

On a home built into a hillside near a creek, moving roof water away from the foundation matters more than usual. Downspouts were placed to carry runoff down the taller back elevation and away from the lower level, protecting both the walkout and the freshly graded lot.
