Seamless Gutter Installation on an Established Elk River Home

This gutter installation in Elk River was in one of the established, close-in neighborhoods near the river — the kind of mature area where homes have settled in and landscaping has matured around them. The homeowner had just put in a new paver patio, and protecting that investment drove part of the gutter plan.

We installed clean white seamless gutters, formed on-site from heavy 0.032 aluminum so there are no mid-run joints to leak. The detail that made this one satisfying was the back of the house: we added a dedicated gutter run specifically to catch and carry roof runoff away from the new paver patio, so water sheeting off the roof wouldn’t pool on the pavers or undermine the base beneath them. It’s a small change in scope that makes a real difference — a patio that would otherwise take the full load of a roofline now stays dry and stable.

White-on-white keeps the look crisp and unobtrusive against the trim, letting the house and the new hardscaping stay the focal point rather than the gutters.
