Roof & Gutter Replacement in Minnetonka, MN

The Kingdom Builders recently completed a roofing and gutter replacement project for a rambler-style home in Minnetonka, MN. The roof was 30 years old, with two layers. (In the past, adding a second layer was a way to save money, but is no longer acceptable under modern building codes due to weight and potential for hidden damage). Our team discovered areas of rotted decking after removing both layers. 

The homeowners went with Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles in the Black Shadow color. We installed a new gutter apron and d-edge, with proper flashing between the roof and gutters. Once the roofing was complete, the new seamless gutters were installed to improve drainage and protect the foundation from water damage. 

Our team enjoyed helping the homeowners get a much-needed update on their home. With the new roof and gutters, their rambler is better equipped to withstand Minnesota weather.
