Re-Roofing Project with Steep Angles in Coon Rapids, MN

Project Overview

This project involved removing the old, worn-out roof and replacing it with new shingles. The Owens Corning Duration shingles in the Onyx Black were selected for performance and weather resistance. The home had steep and high-pitched roof angles, which presented unique challenges. 

The Kingdom Builders is a preferred installer of Owens Corning shingles. When we install Owens Corning, we always (a) register the shingles and (b) use Owens Corning accessories to qualify homeowners for the longer warranty on the materials and labor (50 year).
