Summit® 60 Underlayment
We use Summit® 60 for our synthetic roof underlayment layer. It's manufactured with a woven polymeric scrim, designed to increase strength and reduce slippage within the roof sheathing. This product can be mechanically fastened to various substrates, which is helpful for new and re-roofing applications.
WeatherMaster® Ice & Water Underlayment
One of the products we use in the roofing system is the WeatherMaster® Ice & Water underlayment. This is a self-adhesive underlayment, featuring an SBS-modified asphalt membrane. It's designed to provide a secondary layer of waterproofing protection against damage caused by extreme weather. Atlas designs this to be used under several types of steep-slope roofing materials.
Ventilation: Ridge Vents, Power Vents & More
Atlas produces high quality ventilation accessories to add to the full roofing system. These vents help ventilate attic spaces and prevent rotting and mold buildup. Ridge vents, eave vents, rolled vents, slant back vents, and power vents are all used depending on the design of the home.
50-Year Warranty
Atlas offers a 50-year warranty for Pinnacle® Impact and Pinnacle® Pristine shingles. This is offered because The Kingdom Builders is an AtlasPRO+™ Platinum Select Contractor. This warranty offers full system coverage and is fully transferable to a second owner. There is lifetime coverage on algae-resistance for Pinnacle® Impact and Pinnacle® Pristine. Comes with a 130 mph High-Wind Coverage for Pinnacle® Impact and Pinnacle® Pristine. Tear-off and disposal costs are included in this warranty.
This warranty is provided directly by Atlas as part of their manufacturer's warranty program. The Kingdom Builders, as an AtlasPRO+™ Platinum Select Contractor, facilitates access to this warranty but cannot be held liable for any warranty claims, coverage, or fulfillment issues. The Kingdom Builders provides a lifetime labor warranty on roofing installations. If our installers make a mistake, we will fix it. Typically, if there is an install issue, it shows up fairly quickly. (It’s rare that we encounter any issues.)
