Atlas Pinnacle® Pristine Shingles
These shingles feature 3M Scotchgard technology, preventing the growth of algae, and keeping roofs cleaner and more appealing over time. This is a great option for the roofs in Minnesota that are surrounded by trees. Algae likes to feed off of the limestone granules causing dark streaks on your
roof.
Pinnacle® Pristine shingles are rated for up to 130 mph wind speeds with a limited wind warranty. Areas like Cokato, Howard Lake, Litchfield, and Hutchinson tend to have strong winds, and a high wind-rated shingle is necessary to protect your home.
hese shingles have a wider nailing zone for installers, making installation more accurate and providing a stronger hold during windy conditions. This is the best option for extreme pitches and mansard roofs. Other shingle brands have a very small nailing section that combines two layers of the shingle. If nailed improperly, this can cause delamination and sagging of the bottom section of the shingle.

These shingles are designed to withstand the impact of hail and debris and carry the highest rating available for impact resistance, which can lower insurance premiums.
Like Pinnacle Pristine, they feature Scotchgard™ protection for long-lasting resistance to black streaks caused by algae.
Rated to withstand winds up to 130 mph with a limited wind warranty.

Summit® 60 Underlayment
We use Summit® 60 for our synthetic roof underlayment layer. It's manufactured with a woven polymeric scrim, designed to increase strength and reduce slippage within the roof sheathing. This product can be mechanically fastened to various substrates, which is helpful for new and re-roofing applications.
WeatherMaster® Ice & Water Underlayment
One of the products we use in the roofing system is the WeatherMaster® Ice & Water underlayment. This is a self-adhesive underlayment, featuring an SBS-modified asphalt membrane. It's designed to provide a secondary layer of waterproofing protection against damage caused by extreme weather. Atlas designs this to be used under several types of steep-slope roofing materials.
Ventilation: Ridge Vents, Power Vents & More
Atlas produces high quality ventilation accessories to add to the full roofing system. These vents help ventilate attic spaces and prevent rotting and mold buildup. Ridge vents, eave vents, rolled vents, slant back vents, and power vents are all used depending on the design of the home.
50-Year Warranty
Atlas offers a 50-year warranty for Pinnacle® Impact and Pinnacle® Pristine shingles. This is offered because The Kingdom Builders is an AtlasPRO+™ Platinum Select Contractor. This warranty offers full system coverage and is fully transferable to a second owner. There is lifetime coverage on algae-resistance for Pinnacle® Impact and Pinnacle® Pristine. Comes with a 130 mph High-Wind Coverage for Pinnacle® Impact and Pinnacle® Pristine. Tear-off and disposal costs are included in this warranty.
This warranty is provided directly by Atlas as part of their manufacturer's warranty program. The Kingdom Builders, as an AtlasPRO+™ Platinum Select Contractor, facilitates access to this warranty but cannot be held liable for any warranty claims, coverage, or fulfillment issues. The Kingdom Builders provides a lifetime labor warranty on roofing installations. If our installers make a mistake, we will fix it. Typically, if there is an install issue, it shows up fairly quickly. (It’s rare that we encounter any issues.)
