"We wanted to express to you how impressed we were from the beginning to the end of our roofing/siding/gutters project with Kingdom Builders. Derek was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and responsive throughout every aspect of the job. He was so helpful to us, and we are grateful God brought him into our lives. It was very reassuring to have Derek handling the claim with the insurance company and guiding us through the project every step of the way. He was never too busy to answer a question, and he always made us feel as though we were the only people he was working with whenever he stopped over. We really miss seeing him!

The crew that worked on replacing our roof worked very hard every single day. They worked very long hours, despite the heat, and always made a point to clean everything up before they left – even when it was close to 9pm and starting to rain. One day we baked bars for them mid-morning, and they waited until their lunch break to enjoy them. That spoke volumes to us about how hardworking they were.
 
The siding crew was beyond impressive with their skills and professionalism. We appreciated Damion walking through the project with us before they started working and how he truly wanted to make sure all the special parts of the job were confirmed by clarifying them with us. He was such a nice guy to work with during this project. Arturo and his crew were simply amazing. The way he was able to do such perfect, skillful work and always have a smile on his face was remarkable. Even when they started working earlier than normal one day and I sheepishly had to tell him that I needed to get my car out of the garage to take my son to school for an activity, Arturo just smiled and said it was no problem at all. He proceeded to clean up the siding he had taken down, move the scaffolding and then sweep and blow off the driveway so I could get my car out. The crew cleaned everything up so well before they left each day that nobody could even tell they were here. We are thankful for all the hard work they put into making our home look so beautiful.
 
The group that put up the gutters and downspouts were awesome. We were very impressed with how quickly they were able to make the gutters and install them, all while making a tough job look effortless. They did a great job putting the finishing touches on our home to wrap up such a big project. Thank you so much for graciously covering the cost of the gutters. We have praised the Lord many times for this huge blessing, as we know He used you to provide this incredible gift to us.
 
We are grateful to Kingdom Builders for hiring such wonderful, hard-working people who are living out Colossians 3:23. We have had many compliments from friends, family and even the internet technician, on the quality of work that was done. I sent an email to Scott Sundblad from Kingdom Builders, and he was at my home less than 16 hours later. He went up onto my roof to assess my problem, gave me a thorough assessment, and fixed what he believed was causing the leak. If you want great service with integrity, I highly recommend giving him a call or sending him an email. I will definitely use him again when needed! After waiting several days for a roofing company to respond to my call on my weather damaged roof, I decided to call The Kingdom Builders for help. Matt and Chris responded quickly with a phone call and scheduled to come out and take a look. They performed a thorough assessment of the damage and the infrastructure of the roof, provided information on technical details and code requirements for the repair. They also corresponded with my insurance company to ensure proper coverage was provided. Their friendly roofing crew arrived at 7 am on the day of the repair and were finished by 11:30 am. The work quality was as good as I have ever seen for shingle appearance, roof cap, flashing around the chimneys and drip edge installation. Of course, after the roofing work, they cleaned up everything and handled complete disposal of the old roof and put my patio furniture back in place. I had Kingdom Builders out 4 years ago to inspect my 22 year old roof. They said I wasn't ready yet. I appreciated their honesty. Four years and too many storm chasers later I knew it was time. They gave me a fair quote (I was paying out of pocket), and everything went as scheduled, even though I had some additional work done. They did a great job and were very easy to work with. They covered up my kitchen exhaust fan roof vent along with my bathroom fan exhaust roof vent. Luckily I climbed up on the roof and noticed it so they had to rip some shingles off back down to the vents to install them. They skipped installing half of the new stove jack flashing boots. Besides messing up on those few major things they were very friendly and very nice. Everything was eventually resolved. - 5/19/2024

Kingdom Builders was the only company that actually responded and gave us a quote to replace the roof and 3 skylights on our double wide manufactured home. They did an excellent job and answered all our questions. Great cleanup. After the crew left we only found one roofing nail on the ground. Everything went great, when there were question or concern Mr. Juvland quickly handled them. We are very happy with the quality of the work and professionalism of all the employees on his crew. Peace Valley is a 32 unit townhouse Mr Juvland gave us a schedule when each unit was to be started so the homeowner would be there to let them in. They stayed true to the schedule and even though it rained a lot the siding was completed in a timely manner also. We are looking to replace the roof and his company was the best bid therefore we will be using them. - 3/26/2017

He was patient with us when we threw in some extra projects, and then decided to pull them out (sorry!). I really appreciated their transparency (the fix had to be in two stages, since it was initially discovered in January) about the repair, pricing, and time frame, and willingness to give their expert opinion yet defer to what I wanted to do as the homeowner.
