The Kingdom Builders
In the summer of 1998, Lee and Eric decided to combine their skills and start a remodeling company. We named it Juvland Homecare, and it covered the Twin Cities area. Over the years, we moved from simple remodeling projects to large-scale renovations and building new homes. We were able to gain a lot of valuable experience in all aspects of home and building construction.
In April of 2014, we started our first season as The Kingdom Builders. Before we started the season, Lee was prompted to place an ad on the radio. We met with the salesmen from Salem Communication. Right after speaking with him, we knew right away this was where we were supposed to go. We made a simple honest ad that let our faith shine through and reach others. And God blessed it.
Future Of The Kingdom Builders
Since Lee took a leap of faith, we’ve seen abundant blessings from above. Our journey hasn’t been without challenges, but through unwavering determination, we’ve flourished. Our growth has been remarkable, averaging around 10% annually. Initially, when our focus shifted to exterior work, our team comprised just three individuals, including Lee. Today, The Kingdom Builders boasts a workforce of 15, each representing a family entrusted to our care. Our loyal clientele has been instrumental in our success, consistently referring us to others, thereby expanding our opportunities and workload. As we stride into 2024, our goal is to further expand our team, ensuring every customer receives the attention they deserve while also affording our employees the breathing room they need to thrive.
